Mr. Barker has a unique blend of experience with over 36 years of geotechnical engineering, construction materials quality control testing,
and Civil Site Designs. He has a broad knowledge that allows him to foresee the smallest details to the advantage of your project.

His project experience includes power plants, papermills, hydroelectric dams, and other commercial and industrial projects. He was president and CEO of an engineering / testing lab that employed as many as 37 engineers, technicians, and support staff.

This has become one of the most expensive elements of a Civil Site Design. Mr. Barker has been designing and submitting Storm Water Systems since the WDNR law was enacted in 2003. His experience includes submittals not only to the WDNR but also to numerous municipalities across Wisconsin.
